With ongoing growth and success, Shadforth is seeking a skilled Concrete / Pit Builder Leading Hand to join our team in the Moreton Bay Region. This position will involve leading a team of 3-4 people working within our civil pipe crew teams across multiple subdivision and road construction projects working on Concrete and Storm water structures.

Reporting to a supervisor, your key responsibilities will be:
* Constructing storm water manholes
* Prepping and pouring storm water, gully pits and culvert slabs
* Complete builds to SEQ requirements including steel Fixing
* Work with dumpy levels
* Stripping & cleaning forms
* Rendering and Benching
* Ordering concrete
About You
* Demonstrate experience in construction of manholes / pits
* Read and understand plans and comply with standard specifications
* Construction Induction Card / White Card
* Valid Driver’s License
* Confined Space Entry certificate
* Available to work 10-hour days, Monday – Friday, with Saturdays as required
