In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our growing B737 fleet, working alongside our CAMO, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to plan and coordinate maintenance activities that keep our aircraft flying safely and efficiently.

As our Production Planner this is part of what you'll do:
- Assist with the development and writing of works orders for the accomplishment of complex and/or critical maintenance tasks.
- Work scope large tasks and provide maintenance teams a comprehensive work scope package including the relevant task instructions.
- Generating work packs as per the CAANZ requirements including all relevant source data.
- Review tasks required for conflicts across the CAMO and Part145, check ability to accomplish within the set time of due dates, raise risk profile or potential future maintenance difficulties and compliances.
- Work in conjunction with Maintenance Watch to maximise maintenance opportunities.
- Co-ordinate the accomplishment of aircraft modification programmes between business units.
- Act as a conduit for engineering queries and issues between CAMO and 145.
- Ensures CAANZ and Part 145 production planning requirements are met.
- Checks to ensure all the planned maintenance is correctly scheduled and complied with, within the scheduled projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule maintenance and reduce costs
- Act as a key link between planning and maintenance teams
- Contribute to a safety-first, high-performance team culture
Qualifications Needed
- Aircraft maintenance engineering qualifications (trade or professional level is essential)
Experience
- Aviation maintenance planning or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Envision experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
