Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups with precision and efficiency
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and software to quickly identify and resolve problems
Receive ongoing BMW training to stay current with the latest BMW model releases and advancements in technology
Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and team members to provide a seamless and positive experience
Requirements:
Hold a Technician certification or equivalent
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of diagnostic equipment and software
Possess the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
