We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as a Park Operations Attendant. Your mission? To provide a warm, friendly, and unforgettable magical experience for our guests while meeting their needs and expectations throughout their stay.
What You'll Do:
* Assisting guests with day-to-day requirements
* Ensuring bins are rotated and emptied
* Overall assistance of general tiredness tidiness
* General maintenance jobs
* Pool treatment
* Pool maintenance training will be provided on-site
* Grounds Care
* Problem Solving
* Assistance in the other departments as needed
What You'll Need:
* To be able to obtain a Blue Card (working with children)
* Be able to assist guests in reversing a caravan on to tight sites
* Open (manual) driver's license
* Experience in a similar hands-on property park operations and maintenance role
* Minimum 6-12 months experience in property park operations and maintenance required
* A polite and friendly nature with a can-do attitude to deal with guest enquires
* Great time management and attention to detail
* Effective problem resolutions
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, school holidays
