Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Emergency Department in Launceston. As an integral member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
We are looking for someone who is able to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive information. A strong interpersonal skillset, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization, is also essential.
About the Role
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Emergency Department leadership team.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
* Draft, review, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
