Registered Nurse – PACU
Part Time Role
The Opportunity
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to drive Ramsay's high standard of patient care, part of a supportive team.
As a PACU nurse you will:
* Provide excellent care to patients recovering from Anaesthesia
* Be enthusiastic, passionate, and part of a supportive team
You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager, working with the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, and Shift Leaders to deliver quality patient care in line with our care values and strategic direction.
Skill and Experience Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need flexibility to work early or late shifts with on-call components.
You will also demonstrate:
* Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years of PACU hospital experience
* Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
* Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
* Any post-graduate perioperative qualifications will be highly regarded.
