Job Description
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain and update payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, and other payroll-related requirements.
Address payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Generate payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance team.
Assist in payroll audits and ensure all documentation is in order.
Work closely with HR to manage employee data and benefits integration.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Associate should have:
A solid understanding of payroll systems and processes.
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Preceda and/or ADP Global View (preferred but not essential)
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
