About us :

Western Work Force is a leading Australian owned and operated Recruitment & Labour Hire business with its head office located in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in providing Labour Hire, Professional and Engineering & Technical staff to all industries across Australia.


Our client :

Our client specialises in Aromatherapy and Essential Oil products. They are looking for someone who shares interest and enthusiasm in aromatherapy to join their loyal team in the office. You will be managing a small but professional team. If you have great administration and organisation skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you.


Key responsibilities :

* Managing the client service coordination to ensure quality care for all clients.
* Administrative tasks, answering phone enquiries and online bookings.
* Provide assistance to senior management.
* Light duties in Warehouse.
* Maintain excellent presentation of public areas, meeting rooms etc.
* Attend meetings with Management to review the day to day office operations, review positive and negative feedback and review performance in relation to agreed KPIs.
* Ensure safety and security procedures are met.


Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required :

* Tertiary education in Business management. (Desirable)
* Proficient in Ms suites including word, outlook and excel.
* Strong communication and HR skills.
* Advanced customer service skills.
