We are recruiting for a motivated permanent fulltime Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team based at our ANZ Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane.
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, this newly created position will be key to understanding our shopper to assist us drive activation strategies to influence purchasing decisions at points of sale.
This role requires a deep understanding of shopper behaviour, category trends, and retail environments and will be an ideal appointment for someone that thrives on blending creativity with strategy and data-based decision making.
Key Responsibilities;
Develop and implement shopper marketing plans aligned with brand, business objectives and shopper needs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and shopper experience.
Analyze shopper insights and marketing trends to optimize shopper marketing strategies for all channels including Pharmacy (B&M and online), Pharmacy clinics and others.
Collaborate on the execution of national and local retail programs to drive conversion and loyalty.
Utilize relevant tools such as IQVIA/CIRCANA and other shopper data to assess market opportunities and risks, to drive shopper engagement and sales.
Manage the budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking for shopper marketing initiatives.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and customer-specific strategies
Help build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand visibility and shopper experience while focusing on differentiating us in the market
Skills and experience
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or like discipline (or significant relevant industry experience)
Established experience in shopper marketing, brand management, or retail marketing in retail/FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries- highly regarded
Proficiency in the use of syndicated data tools such as IQVIA, Nielsen, Circana etc to inform decision making
Proficiency in analysing research/sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Demonstrated commercial sense and ability to identify and grasp opportunities in a complex, fast moving and challenging business environment
