Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an IT professional looking to provide top-notch support to end-users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, setting up, and configuring desktop PC and laptop hardware, as well as providing technical assistance and training to users.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware installation, setup, and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.
* Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment.
* Facilitating user training sessions.
* General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site.
* Assisting with project work.
* Occasional participation in after-hours / weekend support & deployment activities as required.
A basic understanding of networking and experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 10/11 operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office are essential.
A strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, natural curiosity, ability in problem-solving, planning, and priority-setting are key attributes for this role.
A valid driver's license is necessary for this position, as you will be required to travel to other sites.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to commit to regular and punctual attendance are critical.
