Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Australia. The responsibilities include building and managing leasing strategies, client engagement, and maintaining strong relationships within the Mongolian diaspora community. Daily tasks may involve facilitating lease agreements, providing exceptional customer support, and innovating leasing programs that align with client needs. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and growth.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and community engagement within diverse cultural contexts.
* Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills, knowledge of leasing services or financial solutions.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in strategic planning and project coordination for leasing or related industries.
* Familiarity with the Mongolian diaspora and their unique financial needs is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and innovative team environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in Mongolian and English is a plus.
