The role
Join the dynamic sales team at Guardian Building Group as a Sales Representative. In this full-time role based in Sydney Metro, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with clients across the region.
Key responsibilities
1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking and digital marketing
2. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients
3. Conducting client meetings and presentations to effectively showcase Guardian Building Group's products and services
4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
5. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
6. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement strategic initiatives
7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the construction or building supplies industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
3. Demonstrated ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
7. Self-motivated with a driven and results-oriented mindset
