The Royal Melbourne Hospital Perioperative Services is a brilliant team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure excellent surgical outcomes for our patients and their families.
**Your new role**:
Your role will be to ensure that our workforce works in unison to deliver timely care whilst on shift. You will co-ordinate with Nursing, Sterile Store, CSSD, Technicians and Admin to ensure patient flow and the equipment/instruments required are ready not only for the next case but in preparation of the next day.
- Coordinate OTA workforce to meet operational requirements and patient flow across Perioperative services
- Oversight of waste and environmental services provided by OTA's for each shift
- Coordinate replenishment of consumables and supplies for stores throughout the theatre complex
**About you**:
- Proven experience in a similar roles as a Team Leader in a health setting will be desirable, perhaps you are from another industry and you believe your suite of organisational skills and your Leadership qualities will be an asset to a Public Hospital?
- A master communicator who is service driven to deliver great patient outcomes
- You must be all about A grade service with proven ability to multitask
- Experience managing staff roster will be highly desirable.
