Electrical Systems Specialist Role
The Electrical Systems Specialist role involves carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on motors, control panels, and other electrical systems in a food manufacturing setting. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working within a highly automated production environment to ensure site safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to minimize production disruptions.
* Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings to complete tasks efficiently.
* Carry out regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to achieve smooth operation.
* Keep accurate records of all maintenance work completed.
Requirements:
* A qualified Electrician with a current A Grade licence.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in food or FMCG.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
* Able to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* A team player with good communication and safety-first mindset.
* Able to work afternoon shift on a permanent basis.
