You will bring a mix of your technical expertise, your delivery leadership and project experience to provide successful client outcomes.About youYour technical skills are based on solid fundamentals and have been proven through the delivery of robust and innovative building engineering solutions. You are experienced in leading varying size & scales of projects of both new greenfield sites and existing brownfield sites across the Buildings Market and are client facing and proactive. You are comfortable leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers. You have demonstrated experience in multiple sectors including commercial, healthcare, tertiary education, central energy plantetc. in the Australian market. Any work experience in other Beca geographies (e.g. New Zealand, Singapore etc.) would be beneficial.How you work is also important to us – we will value your enthusiasm and motivation to continue to learn from your peers and more senior members of the team.
