Centre Overview
This role caters for children from 6 weeks to school age in modern learning environments designed specifically for each age group. As Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading a motivated team to deliver emergent curriculum
* Providing a safe and stimulating environment
* Directing, leading, and role modelling in all areas
* Demonstrating excellent communication skills
* Holding a minimum of Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services qualification
* Having current Child Protection Training Certificate or similar
* Possessing a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training
* Putting the best interests of children first
* Ensuring staff provide a safe and stimulating environment
* Assisting with daily operations, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping, and fees management system
* Having a sound knowledge of QikKids with experience as an Assistant Centre Manager

Requirements
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children Services
* Child Protection Training Certificate
