**The Role**
As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery and growth of ABN Traineeships, and provide administrative support in the delivery of high quality, cost-effective and professional learning solutions to ABN Group businesses.
This is a part-time position that would suit individuals interested in progressing towards a career in Learning and Development and will include the responsibility of hosting training events, deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage all new and existing student cohorts in ABN Traineeship program
- Administer our internal learning platform, ensuring attendance/completions are recorded, new users created, and user profiles updated
- Deliver a small number of training sessions face-to-face and virtually to ABN Group employees
- Coordinate external training provider registrations, enrolments, scheduling, payments and attendance
- Process all third-party traineeship funding claims and payment requests for external training providers
- Provide administrative support for training and assessment activities
- Continue to grow ABN Traineeship by scoping and implementing new opportunities and initiatives
**You**
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Excellent administrative skills, with respect to accuracy, attention to detail and an ability to multitask
- Competent in a suite of facilitation methods including face-to-face, individual and group, and virtual
- Demonstrated initiative to work independently and within a small team
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders and maintain strong relationships, both internal and external
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite
