Financial Operations Assistant
This role involves providing extensive support to the CEO regarding the business' financials, which includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll, preparing the BAS & P&L, reconciling and basic forecasting. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with the company's firm of accountants.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of five years general Bookkeeping/Accounting experience, be comfortable working with plenty of autonomy, and hold TAFE or University qualifications in Accounting/Bookkeeping. Experience using Xero would be deemed favourably.

The successful applicant will have Monday and Thursday off, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility in hours considered.
