We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of robust governance activities and frameworks, ensuring our cyber security risk and compliance objectives are met and control maturity aligns to the enterprise strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in cyber, with relevant theoretic or practical experience. The successful candidate will operate within a growing cyber function, working closely with other analysts and specialists, offering ample opportunity for growth and development across various identity, data, endpoint and network security platform services.
Key Activities:
* Implement and Enforce Cyber Security Policy: Ensure adherence to established standards, guidelines, and best practices.
* Conduct Threat Assessments: Analyze risks and vulnerabilities associated with third-party suppliers, SaaS providers, and business integrations.
* Deliver Formal Metrics: Evaluate the effectiveness of cyber security controls and operations through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support Incident Response: Maintain incident response tools and processes, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.
* Participate in Post-Incident Reviews: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to remediate weaknesses in preventative or detective controls.
About You
* Tertiary degree in IT / Software Engineering / Networking / Engineering / Accounting (mandatory).
* Highly organized and analytical problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
* Accustomed to working within a collaborative team environment.
