Office Administration Clerk
Local business based in Innisfail, Far North Queensland is looking for a Office administration clerk.
Our business is continuing to grow & we are looking for an administration assistant to join our team helping with the day-to-day administration/bookkeeping across 3 different businesses.
This is a permanent/part time position commencing with 3-4 days each week with the possibility to expand to full time for the right applicant.
Work times can be discussed within reason during interview. Working hours ideally will be 8:30am - 4pm.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, organized, displays a high attention to detail, knowledgeable in bookkeeping & administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping roles would be advantageous, however not essential.
Duties will include but not limited to
_ daily, weekly & monthly invoicing
_ fortnightly payroll processing - Previous experience processing payroll using MYOB or similar payroll software essential.
_ bank reconciliations in preparation for timely BAS Lodgments with the ATO.
_ data entry - experience with MYOB preferred.
_ use of Microsoft excel & word programs
_ preparation of monthly banking / daily posting
_ filing
