Director of Finance & Corporate Services
Join St John of God Health Care as the Director of Finance & Corporate Services, leading finance and corporate services across the new Midland Private Hospital and regional health services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and reporting for the health system.
* Ensure effective governance, compliance with organisational frameworks and legislation.
* Partner with executives and managers to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence.
* Oversee service delivery across finance, admissions, health information, patient food services, environmental services, retail, facilities, procurement, security, workforce and occupational health & safety.
* Champion a positive engaged workforce culture and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Business with CPA/CA membership.
* Proven success leading teams in complex organisations.
* Extensive experience across accounting, financial management and performance improvement.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage competing priorities.

About The New Midland Private Hospital
A brand‑new purpose‑built state‑of‑the‑art facility currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus. The hospital will feature 96 overnight inpatient beds including a six‑bed critical care/high dependency unit, a 27‑bed short stay and day procedure unit, six operating theatres and a cardiac/vascular catheter laboratory.
