The Role
We are seeking a full-time IT professional with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a desire to join a progressive team. Working in our Mermaid Beach office, you will be an integral part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuring Sitesec systems, AI parameters and custom functions for systems installed on construction sites.
* Technical system configuration, preparing technology systems for dispatch to site.
* Providing phone, email and remote support to existing customers.
* Answering help desk tickets.
* Data management.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
* Minimum one year of experience in a customer service-related position.
* Experience working with network devices is preferable.
* Strong documentation, communication and customer management skills.
* Problem-solving ability
