Deloitte ETP Operate team provides specialized services across leading human resources, payroll & workforce management solutions. We are recognized as a leading provider of solutions, services, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Oracle HR and Payroll support services to customers/businesses and facilitate enhancements and support of strategic Oracle HR/Payroll systems and solutions.
* Design high-quality Oracle HR/Payroll business solutions and understand, interpret, and deliver HR and Payroll legislation changes for AU and NZ for our SaaS customers.
* Investigate and resolve payroll and HR solution issues and provide ongoing functional support and advice to Deloitte's customer base.
* Translate client business requirements into business solutions and document and own functional documentation.
* Coordinate with offshore consultants, product vendors, including Oracle, Applaud, and design and support high-quality Oracle HR/Payroll business solutions.
About the Role:
