Lead strategic oversight of dredging operations, ensuring safe, efficient, profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership and strategic oversight of all dredging operations.
* Optimise fleet utilisation, oversee major dredging campaigns and design of next‑generation vessels.
* Maintain compliance with maritime & environmental standards and champion continuous improvement.
* Build and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders including clients, industry bodies and internal teams.
* Manage financial oversight, contract management, and delivery of internal programs and external services.
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualified with extensive dredging operations management experience.
* Deep technical expertise in TSHD/Cutter Suction, major channel deepening projects, and new‑build TSHD designs.
* Strong safety‑first culture and passion for optimising operations safely.
* Experience in commercial contract management and financial oversight.
* Previous sailing experience as Deck Officer or Master on a TSHD is desirable.
* Effective communicator with collaboration, accountability and innovation mindset.
