Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead a team and provide strong leadership to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of the project.
You will coordinate daily contractor performance across multiple disciplines: civil, electrical, and mechanical, ensuring alignment with project standards and sustainability commitments.
1. Provide overall leadership and management of on-site construction activities.
2. Drive a safety-first culture and uphold regulatory standards.
3. Supervise the team to ensure effective contractor oversight.
4. Manage daily contractor performance to scope, schedule, and budget.
5. Oversee progress across multiple projects.
6. Monitor quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
7. Identify and manage risks, escalating as required.
8. Foster collaborative relationships with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Exposure to renewable energy projects highly regarded; multidisciplinary background across civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines essential.
* Strong record of managing contractors in complex environments.
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources.
