Overview As a People & Culture Service Partner, you will focus on providing expert advice and support to a diverse portfolio of services.
You will build deep, trusted relationships at every level of the organisation and provide the full suite of people services including specialist HR advice, coaching, recruitment support and workforce planning.
This is a part-time permanent (0.8 FTE) role based at our head office in East Perth with flexible working arrangements, including working from home and at Anglicare WA locations across the Perth metropolitan area.
Responsibilities Provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, coaching and issues resolution.
Support workforce planning and recruitment activities for a diverse service portfolio.
Manage challenging conversations to address people issues and industrial relations challenges when needed.
Build deep, trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation and support a culture of innovation and learning.
Qualifications A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or Diploma in HR with relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.
Demonstrated experience managing complex people challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting the development of managers.
Demonstrated experience interpreting ECA's, industrial agreements and awards (experience with the SCHADS Award will be highly regarded).
Prior experience in the community sector is highly regarded but not essential.
Requirements Current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Driver's Licence.
Copies must be provided before commencement.
Salary & Advantages Competitive salary from $99,469.50 per annum + 12% superannuation (pro rata for part time).
Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (approx. $4K after tax) plus up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
Additional 3 days leave per year over the festive period.
