About the role:
Permanent 38 hours per week. We are currently seeking an energetic, innovative and passionate Customer Service professional to join our team in Truganina. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service to both internal and external customers. This role would suit a friendly individual who likes to dot their i's and cross their t's.
Your duties will include:
* Relaying seasonal information to customers regarding availability and supply
* Updating customers on order and distribution constraints
* Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Liaising with freight companies
* Managing consignment stock and working closely with the accounts team
* Building strong relationships with customers
About you
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
* Developed customer service skills with a professional and approachable phone manner
* Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Competent in using the MS Office suite (particularly Excel) as well as a variety of databases
* Experience in Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems) would be looked upon favourably but not essential
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quickly
* Experience in dealing with freight companies would be beneficial
