 
        
        About this Position:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable duties, including processing invoices, chasing payments, setting up vendors, and preparing weekly payment runs.
You will also be responsible for bank and credit card reconciliations, daily cash flow management, and ad-hoc administration tasks.
Key Requirements:
 * A minimum of 2 years of experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable or Accounts Officer role
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Excellent attention to detail
 * Experience working with large ERP Systems and Excel
 * A proactive attitude and willingness to actively contribute to team results
 * Ability to travel to south east inner suburbs 3-4 days a week
