What You'll Do
* Deliver intensive in‑home case management and crisis intervention
* Lead trauma‑informed strategies to create safety and stability
* Advocate for clients and help them achieve sustainable outcomes
* Mentor other practitioners when needed
* Be available for overnight and weekend work
What We're Looking For
* Skilled in child protection, family support and disability frameworks
* Experienced in high‑pressure, complex case environments
* Confident in crisis negotiation and conflict resolution
* Strong communicator and advocate
* Committed to cultural competence and respectful engagement with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
Qualifications & Requirements
* Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Community Services or related field (or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years)
* Advanced training such as Safe & Together, Hope & Healing, Crisis Negotiation, Circle of Security or approved DFV programs
* Current Positive Blue and Yellow Cards
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Current driver's licence
