The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organised professional with a passion for providing top-notch care to children and their families. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to lead by example, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
The Opportunity
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. The successful applicant will have a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood, as well as valid Blue Card certification.
In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Rating and Assessment process. They must also demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety and welfare, with training in Child Protection and Red Nose, Food Safety, and Sun Smart.
