Customer Care CoordinatorMain Function:Processing of orders (Order entry, amendment and cancellation)Collaboration with Sales Representatives to increase Sales/ Profitability for ALL CB Foods productsEnsure ALL Sales orders -verbally, emailed and any other medium, are posted with accuracy and thoroughness in a timely manner, making comments where applicable.Answer customers queries and take orders via phone and emailCreate shipments for warehousesOrder AllocationCreating shortage reports and order listings for all productsProvide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers, presenting a positive impression of self and the organizationPerform after sales service which includes contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with ordersWorking as a part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the facilityOutbound Calling- Contacting customers on customer list for ordersLiaise with other departments - Credit & Collection, Demand and planning, Distribution, Sales, and Production to organize customers ordersClose open ordersBe knowledgeable and able to communicate on product details, prices, availability and delivery schedulesLiaise with shipping and Distribution to keep informed of the status of customer deliveriesProvide drivers with specific/ special instructionsMonitor and communicate ALL re-orders (chilled products)Assist with charitable and Marketing proceduresCoordinate pickup of CB Foods products from customersGenerate quotations for potential customersUpdating order database with new customers detailsAttend briefing/huddle in relation to Customer CareOrganize sample products requests with productionAny other assigned tasksMinimum Academic Qualifications:Tertiary Level Degree in a related field
