Responsibilities
Execute and deliver marketing initiatives to enable business growth
Work as part of a high performing team in a hands-on delivery role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely execution
Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to align messaging and marketing outputs with business needs
Create and oversee engaging marketing content, including sales collateral, social media, newsletters, and event materials
Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and external partners to bring campaigns to life
Track results and share insights to continuously improve campaign performance
Manage marketing resources and assets to ensure brand consistency
About You
3–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a matrixed or regional organisation
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and campaign processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-focused approach
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, brand-aligned communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage
