About the Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced Section Waiter to join our warm and high‐energy front‐of‐house team at Greca. This is a casual position perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast‐paced, people‐first environments. You'll be the face of the Greca experience — efficient, bright, and always present. Whether you're balancing tables beneath the Story Bridge or offering dish suggestions straight from the Aegean, you'll bring the friendly charm and pace that keep our guests coming back.

You'll Bring
* At least 1–2 years experience as a section waiter in a high‐volume or premium casual venue
* A sharp memory and faster feet
* A calm, confident presence — even when it's busy
* A love for great food, shared tables, and guest‐first service
