We're on the lookout for a Caretaker to join our team at our Seachange Emerald Lakes site.
Reporting to the Community Manager, the Caretaker helps to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and visitors by maintaining the grounds and facilities of the site.
This is a full-time, live-on-site role with accommodation provided.

In this Role, You'll
* Maintain public open spaces and shared amenities, including mowing, gardening, clearing debris, and completing general repairs to uphold community standards.
* Keep the site clean, safe, and secure by locking facilities, managing access points, and ensuring common areas remain well‐presented.
* Respond to resident needs and issues, such as noise concerns, access or boom‐gate faults, and general maintenance requests.
* Report any damage, theft, safety risks, or found property to management promptly and accurately.
* Carry out additional tasks as reasonably directed by management to support smooth community operations.

* Practical knowledge of safe work practices including manual handling, hazard awareness, and following site procedures, policies, and systems.
