Key Responsibilities:
* SOURCE AND QUALIFY PROSPECTS FOR NEW FRANCHISEES
* MANAGE THE RECRUITMENT PIPELINE, ENSURING HIGH-QUALITY FRANCHISEES ARE SELECTED AND ONBOARDDED EFFECTIVELY
* PROVIDE ONGOING BUSINESS COACHING, PLANNING SUPPORT, AND PERFORMANCE GUIDANCE TO FRANCHISEES TO HELP THEM SCALE THEIR OPERATIONS
Requirements:
* Experience in a mortgage broking or sales management role, with a solid understanding of the mortgage broker/finance industry
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals at all levels
* Demonstrated leadership and sales management experience, ideally within financial services
