About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to build and expand our dealer network across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealerships into our ecosystem.
* Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with existing dealers, addressing their queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Growth Strategy: Analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to inform product development and business growth initiatives.
* Sales and Negotiation: Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with us, building trust and securing buy-in from dealers.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or account management (auto marketplace/dealer experience highly desirable).
* Strong understanding of the used car industry and dealer ecosystem.
* Excellent relationship-building and commercial communication skills.
* Confidence in presenting and negotiating with dealers.
