What you'll do
The purpose of this position is to provide expert advice and content knowledge of the Queensland Health rostering solution and integration to HR/Payroll to ensure solution design, maintenance, support, system issues and problem resolution activities are completed to meet service delivery and solution development requirements.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* Extensive knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for functional and solution responsibility.
* Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution configuration, second level support, and the implementation of solution change control processes and project activities.
* Demonstrated high level ability to analyse business requirements and solve system problems to provide innovative solutions to business requirements.
* High level written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and providing consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
