How You'll Make a Difference
You will be the friendly face at Sale when customers visit the branch, assisting with all branch-based products and services.
Your responsibilities include opening savings accounts for investments or savings for important events, making follow-up calls, handling incoming customer calls to discuss products and services, and completing daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, scanning documents, letter writing, managing incoming post, and maintaining accurate customer records.
What you'll bring to the role:

Experience in customer service, delivering exceptional service
Strong attention to detail and a good level of numeracy for accurate cash transactions
Resilience and the ability to handle challenging customer situations
A passion and drive to achieve positive customer outcomes
Experience with Microsoft Office or in-house computer systems
Ideally educated to GCSE level including Maths and English or equivalent
