Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify and develop new relationships within allocated areas
* Schedule face-to-face meetings with clients to inform them on initiatives and procedures
* Log detailed activity, visits, and commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business performance
* Manage new client relationships and handover to Partnership Success Managers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities
About You:
* Experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development (not essential)
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
* Proven experience fostering long-term relationships with customers and/or clients
* Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills
* Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery
