About the Role
Join the Psychology Registrar Program at Grampians Mental Health & Wellbeing Service (GMHWS), a two-year initiative designed to develop your expertise in psychological and recovery-oriented practice within a public mental health setting. Supported by the Victorian Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program, this role offers comprehensive training, skill development, and diverse rotational experiences across GMHWS and community partner programs with Berry Street Take Two.
The program provides psychology registrars with the opportunity to understand the consumer journey through mental health services, helping you build competence and confidence as a psychologist within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to understand consumer and family needs.
* Deliver recovery-oriented care, risk assessments, and evidence-based psychological interventions.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide client-centered, family-inclusive care.
* Participate in supervision and commit to ongoing professional development as per the Psychology Board of Australia requirements.
Skills & Experience
* General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist eligible for a Registrar Program in Clinical Psychology.
* Masters or Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited course.
* Excellent clinical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with problem-solving abilities.
