Your HR Generalist expertise is required for this diverse and challenging position

**About the role**
Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated HR generalist to join the Head Office team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the HR/Operations Manager you will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of the HR function and the day-to-day HR operations across multiple entities.
**Responsibilities**
- Own and manage the full on-boarding and off-boarding of all employees across different entities;
- Create and maintain employee personnel files;
- Co-ordinate training and development requirements & programs;
- Assist with the deployment of HR programs and initiatives;
- Provide a backup for payroll;
- Promote a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent;
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance and best practice;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders;
- Problem solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintaining quality;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in demanding situations;
- Ability to travel as required, with a current licence.
