Title: Cinema Employee Level 3
Position Overview:
* This position covers both Darwin locations at BCC Cinemas Casuarina and Event Cinemas Palmerston.
* Requires competence in Levels 1 and 2.
* Provides supervision and assists with training for levels 1 and 2 within a designated area.
* Supervises 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees.
* Acts as a team leader responsible for coordinating, organizing, and allocating work, materials, and equipment efficiently.
* Uses knowledge and skills to solve problems at this level.
* Works according to complex instructions and procedures, and is responsible for the work undertaken.
* Delivers high-quality customer service while supporting the operation of the entertainment complex.
* May include a team member with Bio-Box training (Level 2) and competence as a Bio-Box Operator.

Cinema Worker Level 3 Key Accountabilities
In addition to Level 1 and 2 responsibilities, a Level 3 team member is accountable for:
* Customer Service: Consistently deliver exceptional service, handle feedback promptly, and ensure a positive experience.
* Supervision & Training: Supervise and support Level 1 and 2 staff, providing clear direction and coaching.
* Task Allocation: Efficiently assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion.
* Campaign Participation: Contribute to cinema campaigns and promotional activities.
* Operational Procedures: Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and systematic transition.
* Safety & Compliance: Follow fire, emergency, and safety protocols diligently.
* Cash Handling & Administration: Support cash procedures, accuracy, and financial protocols.
* Content & Equipment Management: Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and support maintenance.
