* We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead our sales team and provide support to Sales Advisors.
You must have extensive experience selling homes off plan, providing strategic guidance and tools necessary to achieve targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies for new home projects in the Midlands region.
* Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge required to meet or exceed their targets.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local government officials.
