Production Assistant
We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our production team at our Notting Hill location. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, following processes, and being part of a supportive production team.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, and packaging electronic products to defined quality and safety standards.
Hours, Days & Location
This role is based at our Notting Hill site and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Standard hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility available where agreed (start time between 6:30am and 8am).
The Responsibilities & Tasks:
As a Production Assistant, you will:
* Assemble electronic hardware devices and sub-assemblies
* Calibrate, program, and testing products (we will teach you)
* Label and package finished products
* Meet daily production targets and maintain quality standards
* Work collaboratively as part of a small production team
About You:Experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly role (electronics preferred)
* Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Reliable, punctual, and safety and team focused
Bonus: If you have experience with electronics assembly, reading basic drawings, device testing, or installation of programs/software this would be high advantageous.
