We are currently seeking a professional to manage the delivery of services at our Mental Health Centres in Lismore and Coffs Harbour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effective delivery of mental health services.
* Service delivery management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mental health centres, ensuring high-quality support for clients is maintained.
* Project management and relationship-building abilities: Utilize project management skills and relationship-building abilities to drive service delivery and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Mental health background or health service management experience: Possess a background in mental health or health service management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
* Strong communication and leadership skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
