About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Timber team in Wagga Wagga. This part-time role involves 19 hours per week, with working days and hours negotiable within business hours from Monday to Friday.
The Learning and Development Facilitator will work as part of a small, collaborative team, responsible for training, mentoring, guiding, and developing employment-related skills for our supported workforce at Kurrajong Timber.
Reporting To: Timber Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee training of staff and employees living with disability, including machinery use, WHS best practices, and health and wellbeing initiatives.
Facilitate or organize hands-on training aligned with employment goals and business needs.
Review standard operating procedures and training/task analysis forms in consultation with relevant stakeholders to develop training materials.
Facilitate work experience, job trial placements, and orientation for new employees.
Applicants with Training and Assessment and/or Individual Support qualifications will be highly regarded, though not mandatory.

This position offers a salary range of $33.41 – $36.46 per hour, plus NFP Salary Packaging, Superannuation, and Annual Leave Loading.
