We are looking for a friendly, energetic Part-Time Section Waiter to help us deliver the warm, \"Italian home\" style hospitality our guests love.
The Role:

* Run Your Section: Manage a dedicated section with a fast-paced, high-turnover flow.
* Share the Passion: Talk confidently about our daily specials, regional wines, and why our Focaccia col formaggio is so amazing.
* Be the Host: Make every guest feel like a regular with upbeat, efficient service.
* Work as One: Collaborate with our kitchen team and bartenders to keep the energy high and the service smooth.
What You Bring:
* Experience: At least 1–2 years in a busy, casual, or mid-scale dining environment.
* Energy: A positive \"can-do\" attitude—we work hard, but we have fun doing it.
* Skills: Ability to handle a busy section without breaking a sweat and basic knowledge of Italian flavours.
* Must-Haves: A valid RSA competency card and availability for weekend and evening shifts.
