In this role, you'll be working with our infrastructure project team to support the successful delivery of major projects by managing project documentation, information systems and general administration work. You'll play a key role in ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and compliant, supporting our client's strategic vision for a connected and efficient transport network.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain, update, and control project documentation in line with company and client requirements.
* Manage document workflows, including reviews, approvals, revisions, and version control.
* Ensure compliance with document management standards, procedures, and governance processes.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
* Prepare and distribute reports, registers, and status updates to the project team and stakeholders.
* Support the setup and ongoing management of electronic document management systems (EDMS).
* Administration duties: Set up meeting rooms, take minutes, stationery and consumable ordering, diary management.
To excel in this role, you'll bring
* Recent experience in document control, records management, project administration, or a related role within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of data.
* Familiarity with EDMS platforms (e.g. TeamBinder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
