About the Role

This position exists to create certainty, structure, and flow within the property management function. You will work closely with a Senior Property Manager, taking ownership of arrears, renewals, reporting, and key administrative processes that allow the portfolio to run smoothly. Your role is to provide clear daily oversight, ensure priorities are visible, and make sure nothing quietly slips through the cracks. Importantly, this role is not client facing; there are no inspections or landlord communication. It suits someone who enjoys working autonomously, values focus, and takes pride in keeping systems running cleanly in the background.

Duties

  • Maintain oversight of arrears, ensuring follow‐ups are timely, qualified, and consistent
  • Prepare CMAs and portfolio reporting that support confident decision making
  • Coordinate lease renewals and documentation
  • Manage diary scheduling and key reminders to keep the portfolio moving proactively
  • Support mid‐month and end‐of‐month processes

Skills & Experience

  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Confidence managing arrears and renewals with minimal supervision
  • Strong administrative accuracy and comfort working with reports and data
  • Property Management Licence preferred
  • Naturally organised, self‐directed, and comfortable working independently
