About the role
As a Campaign Specialist, you'll help bring big ideas to life across ARN's entertainment ecosystem — radio, podcasts, digital, social and events. You'll play a hands‐on creative role, turning client briefs into clear, compelling stories that sales can take to market. Day to day, you will:
* Develop fresh, audience‐focused campaign ideas that work across audio, podcast, digital, social and events.
* Turn briefs into simple, engaging narratives that show clients exactly how a campaign will come to life.
* Build polished, on‐brand pitch decks and supporting materials.
* Contribute to brainstorms and help shape cross‐platform concepts with energy and originality.
* Work closely with sales, content, digital, talent and production teams to create integrated solutions.
* Ensure ideas are achievable, aligned to platform capabilities and commercially sound.
* Manage multiple briefs and deadlines with accuracy and calm.
About you
You're a creative thinker with a strong instinct for storytelling and a genuine love of entertainment, audio and culture. You thrive in a fast‐paced environment and enjoy working with different teams to bring ideas to life. You'll bring:
* Strong storytelling and communication skills; you can turn ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
* Creative flair and confidence developing cross‐platform campaign ideas.
* Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple briefs and deadlines.
* 2–3 years' experience in media, creative, content or partnerships, with exposure to audio, digital or social.
